SHIPPING RATES
The shipping rate to orders within CANADA are $20 per order.
The shipping rate to orders within the UNITED STATES are $30 per order.
The shipping rate for INTERNATIONAL orders are $50 per order.
We strive to provide the lowest shipping costs that we can, but we can unfortunately not control the elevated costs that apply to irregularly shaped shipping packages.
ORDER & DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
Please note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
Since we do not keep a large quantity of pre-printed stock, order processing generally takes one week to 10 days. For delivery of your order, please allow 3 to 6 weeks, depending on your location. You will be notified by email once your order is shipped, and a tracking number will be provided to you if one is available for your package.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our facility, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package. Note that orders are shipped & delivered only Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
The quality of your shipment is our priority and the materials we use to package our products reflect our commitment. Poster orders are rolled and wrapped with protective paper, then packaged in a heavy cardboard packing tube. Card and invitation orders are wrapped with protective paper, then packaged in cardboard shipping box(es).
